Good user stories are written from a real user's perspective — customers, admins, store owners. Setup work is a technical task, not a story. Spot the good ones, fix the broken ones.
Format reminder: As a [role], I want to [action], so that [benefit]. The role must be a real user — never "developer" for setup work.
